Amber Alert for 4-year-old Akron boy canceled: Child found safe

AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) - An Amber Alert for a 4-year-old Akron boy was dropped late Monday night after specialists securely found the youngster.

Investigators said the boy was at first snatched after his mom was purportedly shot by his dad,

who was thought of "armed and very dangerous" on Sept. 19 in Akron.

Akron police said the youngster was brought to Akron investigators unharmed after the Amber Alert was given.

Hour after the fact, the boy's dad,  by sperecognizedcialists as 24-year-old Jose Castro,

was arrested after his Kia Soul with Ohio tags was seen at a Cleveland corner store

close to the crossing point of West 77th Road and Detroit Road at around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Akron Police said officials were shipped off the 1100 block of Tulip Road at roughly 6:50 p.m. on Sept. 19 subsequent to getting various requires a lady shot.
