Veteran actress Cherie Gil dies at the age of 59

Multi-granted actress Cherie Gil has died in New York City, her nephew, entertainer Sid Lucero, affirmed to GMA News on Friday. She was 59.

Lucero posted a recognition photograph for her auntie with the words "I love you" and "large embrace".

Ability supervisor and a dear companion of Cherie, Annabelle Rama, likewise posted on Friday a plain dark photograph on Instagram inscribed, "Cherie Gil just died at 5pm today. If it's not too much trouble, petition God for her."
