Lady A have deferred their impending visit while Charles Kelley centers around getting sober

The country trio - finished by Hillary Scott, 36, and Dave Haywood, 40 - have made the hard choice to delay the 'Solicitation Line Tour', which was because of start up on August 13, until the following year as they advocate Charles, 40, as he embarks on his excursion to restraint.

In a social media statement, the 'Need You Now' hitmakers said: "Being on the road with our fans is our greatest delight, so it was a hard yet important choice to make.

"We are a band, however more importantly… we're family. We're pleased to say that Charles has embarked on an excursion to balance."

They proceeded: "Thus, at this moment to be the healthiest, most grounded and most creative band we can be, Lady A will take the time with the backing of our families and team of professionals to walk through this together.

It's early on this road, yet still up in the air to do what will best set us up for the overwhelming majority more years together. We're grateful for your patience."

Lady A closed down the post: "We're anticipating making 2023 our greatest year yet! With affection."

Charles' alcohol issues come a very long time after Lady An and the vocalist Lady A privately addressed any outstanding issues.

Both the trio and solo artist Anita White documented a movement in a Nashville federal court on January 31 "to excuse the litigation" encompassing their shared moniker.
